Cold Laser Therapy Treatment
Reduces Pet Pain & Inflammation

Pet Laser Therapy

Animal Care Center and K-9 Rehabilitation treat patients with the alternative therapeutic option for pets in pain: cold laser therapy. Whether recovering from an injury, surgery, or the results of aging, your animal companion may benefit from this revolutionary approach to veterinary medicine. We offer the only FDA-approved cold laser for treating pain and inflammation in our patients.

Laser Therapy for Pets

Laser therapy is used to reduce inflammation with resulting pain relief. This modality is effective in treating acute pain from chronic conditions and is often used for post-operative pain management after orthopedic surgeries.

Laser therapy actually stimulates the body to heal from within. Non-thermal photons of light are applied to the injured area and absorbed by the cells. The stimulated cells respond by raising the rate of metabolism. This stimulation increases circulation, an anti-inflammatory reaction, which results in relief from pain and accelerated healing.

What Is the Process?

Laser therapy utilizes the body’s own healing powers by stimulating cellular activity. The treatment is safe, painless, and fast: Laser therapy to deep tissue is administered in about 10 minutes. During the treatment, pets seem to relax and even enjoy the process. Any anxiety dissipates and some pets even fall asleep. The rapid relief from pain results in the patient’s relaxation and comfort.

Many patients exhibit improvement after just a few sessions. The treatments initiate a healing process that continues to reduce inflammation for up to 24 hours after the session.

Best, most caring, most educational vist ever...I love this clean facility and fantastic staff. The doctors will go to the ends of the earth to find an answer to your Pet's problem!

This place is AMAZING!!! The Doctors, the staff... What an extraordinary team! Their expertise in the services they offer is incredible, anything that you need, they can take care of!

By far the best Vet we have seen! They remember me and my dog unlike many of the vets offices that I have visited just as frequently.

If I could give more than five stars to the staff at Animal Care Center ... I would! Dr. Pam and her staff are just amazing, which is something I hadn't seen with our previous Vet.

The best and most well-informed vet we've ever been to, we have more confidence in this team than anywhere else we've been. They did miracles for our big dog through the physical therapy and rehabilitation.

This clinic has some of the most high-tech treatment options available, right up to physical therapy for dogs! I have never been to a veterinarian that is as caring and concerned in my life, and I have been to MANY. I am a client for life!

I like that we always learn more about how to be better pet owners. Having had many vets over the past 20 years, I can say that the care for my pets, knowledge of and use of up to date procedures, friendly front desk staff and smart and kind vets make this an excellent place to get the best possible care for your pets.

I will never take my dogs anywhere else! All the doctors are down to earth and truly care about my pets. They have such a comfortable environment from the moment you walk in the front doors.

Dr. Pam is AMAZING and her colleagues and staff are some of the most wonderful caretakers for my furry kids. The atmosphere is welcome to animals and pets of all sizes and ages. I highly recommend the Animal Care Center.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic! The kindness and compassion they showed me far exceeded my expectations.
